Project – Lancer Drive Home, Front Entrance

Background

For the creative mind, there is no bigger challenge then to prove their imagination and creative capabilities within a set number of prescribed parameters.  Fitting and customizing something in such a way that it not only fits within the given boundaries, but also adds a “wow” factor to the final result; not at all an easy thing to do and for that, you require experts.

Right from the very start, the primary challenge of this project was to come up with an inviting work of art.  Keeping simplicity in-mind, while also infusing the whole entranceway with a spiral effect to match the upward moving staircase.  Our experts dropped their tools and blueprint right in front of the front entrance; the gateway to the experience that is 26 Lancer Drive.

Filled with wall side glass windows, the entrance welcomes every single visitor into a room with embracing light, textures, colours, door handles and a stainless steel stairs railing; a pragmatic and carefully thought out curated collection, resulting in an impressive effect.

The Design

Where some would suggest the addition of a floor medallion, we decided to go a different way.  Working hand in hand with the builder and utilizing our Water-jet cutting techniques, we highlighted the room with a spiral floor design.  Measuring every corner of the entranceway floor, two light tone colors of 32″x32″ Porcelain, 3/8″ thick, were choose to form the final design.

The final install was completed in 48 hours due in large part to our provided install diagram, while also staying within budget.  Helping Architects, Builders and interior designers design, manufacture and install such products is our business, delivering them on time while keeping them affordable is our legacy.

This custom, one of a kind contemporary home, along with its matching custom designed entranceway floor is a
