Decorative Screens

Whenever your customers think of decorative screens, they probably think of dressing rooms

If you are an interior designer or home builder who is good at what you do (which we know you are), you should have little problem educating your customer base on the
alternative uses of these screens.

Start by giving them the obvious details: the screens provide privacy and help divvy up spaces when putting in a wall isn’t affordable or practical. Then up your game. Show them examples of people using stylish laser cut screens as headboards or purely decorative pieces of furniture.

As the law of averages dictates, a good number of your clients won’t be moved by your pitch, but you’ll thank yourself for making those pitches after you’ve made a few successful sales.

Floor Medallions

Perhaps you (and some of your customers) don’t think of adding a floor medallion to someone’s home as a “simple” decor tweak.

Still, you wouldn’t have such a hard time convincing your clients to consider a floor medallion if they were already getting new flooringanyway. In other words, a floor medallion becomes a simple tweak if the customer’s circumstances are right.

Floor Vent Covers

Floor vent covers are a subtle detail that can often go unappreciated. Because some of them are hidden from view, the untrained eye seldom even acknowledges their
presence or capacity for decorativeness.

Hopefully, though, you architects and interior designers are fully aware of the effects that a decent floor vent cover can have

on a room; we would also hope that you are
aware of the effects that an unsatisfactory one can have. That said, convincing your clients to invest in some ornamental floor vent covers isn’t a bad idea. However unappreciated they usually go, people (namely your clients) are sure to appreciate your attention to such small details if they ever do manage to glance at their floor vent covers.

Because your customers deserve only the best, make sure that any floor vent covers you recommend are quality vents. In other words, the products should be made of the best wood or stone (or whatever else the company you rely on specializes in) that you can offer the client.

Okay. So maybe your clients won’t be so easily swayed here. Especially if you’re recommending high-end tiles.
